** This is a direct hire position based in Minneapolis, MN.  Candidates must be able to work in the US without sponsorship.**

We are looking for a Software Engineer with experience in React, Node.JS, and the desire to learn Sails.JS. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in web development, aspirations to lead an engineering team, and a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest technologies.


Primary Duties

  • Work on a variety of projects and contribute to the leadership of an engineering team.
  • Work with the product team to understand and implement new requirements.
  • Write maintainable, scalable, and testable code.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.
  • Continuously improve the development process and best practices.


    • Qualifications

  • Strong experience with React and Node.JS.
  • Willingness to learn Sails.JS.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Aspirations to lead an engineering team.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
