Emergent Staffing is seeking a sales-driven Account Executive to build and expand client relationships in the IT staffing space. Key Responsibilities
Drive new business by identifying, prospecting, and developing relationships with clients seeking IT staffing services.
Leverage your existing network of decision-makers and industry contacts to create new opportunities.
Conduct discovery conversations to understand client needs, hiring processes, and partnership requirements.
Present Emergent Staffing’s value proposition and tailor solutions to client goals.
Collaborate with the recruiting team to ensure seamless delivery of candidates and positive client experiences.
Manage your pipeline and sales activity using CRM tools to achieve and exceed quota.
Maintain and grow relationships with key clients to ensure long-term success and account expansion.
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights on market trends, talent availability, and staffing best practices.
Qualifications
Experience selling IT staffing services to businesses anywhere in the U.S.
Proven success meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
Established network of IT staffing clients and contacts you can leverage for new business.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and managing sales pipelines.
Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office and LinkedIn Recruiter or Sales Navigator.
Self-starter with the ability to manage priorities and work independently.
High integrity, accountability, and passion for delivering value to clients.
Preferred Experience
Experience with sales intelligence and lead generation tools such as ZoomInfo.
Exposure to ATS platforms such as Recruitee.
Understanding of HR and payroll systems.
Experience using email sequencing or sales engagement tools
Comfort using collaboration tools like Microsoft Teams for internal and client communication.
