Emergent Staffing is seeking a sales-driven Account Executive to build and expand client relationships in the IT staffing space. This 100% remote role focuses exclusively on business development The ideal candidate is motivated, organized, and experienced in selling technical staffing services. Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business by identifying, prospecting, and developing relationships with clients seeking IT staffing services.

  • Leverage your existing network of decision-makers and industry contacts to create new opportunities.

  • Conduct discovery conversations to understand client needs, hiring processes, and partnership requirements.

  • Present Emergent Staffing’s value proposition and tailor solutions to client goals.

  • Collaborate with the recruiting team to ensure seamless delivery of candidates and positive client experiences.

  • Manage your pipeline and sales activity using CRM tools to achieve and exceed quota.

  • Maintain and grow relationships with key clients to ensure long-term success and account expansion.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights on market trends, talent availability, and staffing best practices.

Qualifications

  • Experience selling IT staffing services to businesses anywhere in the U.S.

  • Proven success meeting or exceeding sales quotas.

  • Established network of IT staffing clients and contacts you can leverage for new business.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and managing sales pipelines.

  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office and LinkedIn Recruiter or Sales Navigator.

  • Self-starter with the ability to manage priorities and work independently.

  • High integrity, accountability, and passion for delivering value to clients.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience with sales intelligence and lead generation tools such as ZoomInfo.

  • Exposure to ATS platforms such as Recruitee.

  • Understanding of HR and payroll systems.

  • Experience using email sequencing or sales engagement tools

  • Comfort using collaboration tools like Microsoft Teams for internal and client communication.
