  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between business teams, technology partners, and cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Support enterprise initiatives involving SharePoint migration, AI adoption, automation opportunities, and system enhancements.

  • Evaluate business processes and workflows to identify opportunities for increased efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple locations and time zones to ensure project success.

  • Contribute to strategic decision-making by providing analysis, recommendations, and business insights.

  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

  • Ability to independently manage projects and work through ambiguity with limited direction.

  • Comfortable balancing changing priorities and competing business needs.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including practical Excel skills.

  • Ability to learn quickly, ask insightful questions, and collaborate effectively across business and technical teams.

  • Willingness to work a hybrid schedule with four onsite days per week in Minneapolis.

  • Flexibility to support global stakeholders and occasional early morning or late-day meetings as business needs require.
