Job description
** This is a full-time position for one of our clients. This position is hybrid with expected on-site workdays in Minneapolis, MN.

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst (Encompass Administrator) with a strong background in assisting in the management of loan operation related applications and software, including product releases, software enhancements and new modules. The ideal candidate has a strong background in Banking and/or Mortgage industries.
Responsibilities
Acts as a liaison between business line managers, infrastructure teams, software vendors, and end users to analyze, document, communicate, and validate business workflows.
Partners with business unit leaders to maximize the use of loan operations technology and help resolve software or operational issues.
Supports and maintains Encompass as a system administrator, including configuration, user access, workflows, and feature enhancements.
Implements new systems or features as part of upgrades or business requests.
Completes special projects directed by Loan Operations and Technology Services and serves as backup support for team members as needed.
Responds to complex technical or operational issues related to loan operations applications and banking products.
Works with bankers, management, and software vendors to troubleshoot issues, answer questions, and provide technical guidance.
Maintains working knowledge of loan operations regulations, including mortgage and consumer lending.
Provides business insight and recommendations to improve automation and future workflow design across mortgage and consumer lending.
Qualifications
Must-have experience as an Encompass Administrator supporting loan operations environments.
Minimum of five years of experience in mortgage or consumer loan operations.
Minimum of three years of hands-on experience administering Encompass mortgage software.
Strong understanding of loan processes, systems, and regulatory considerations.
Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
Preferred Skills
Experience working with DecisionPro and/or LaserPro.
Background supporting document generation, closing processes, or loan workflow tools beyond Encompass.
