**This is a direct hire for a client located in Seattle, WA. In office work required Monday-Thursday, remote work Fridays. Occasional travel to the East coast required. Candidates must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship**

Our client is seeking a Sales Operations Manager who owns and optimizes the SalesPad platform, which supports order management and warehouse operations (WMS), as well as its integration with Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains (GP). This role serves as the internal subject matter expert for system performance, data integrity, and end-to-end order flow, ensuring systems support accurate, efficient operations and a seamless customer experience.

This is a business-facing, systems-driven role focused on evaluating workflows, identifying improvements, and partnering with developers and cross-functional teams to implement solutions.

Key Responsibilities

System Ownership & Optimization
Own SalesPad configuration, performance, and ongoing optimization across order management and warehouse functions. Evaluate current system usage, identify gaps, and drive improvements. Partner with external developers to implement enhancements.

System Integrations
Manage and monitor integrations between SalesPad, Microsoft Dynamics GP, and Shopify platforms. Ensure accurate, timely data flow across systems and resolve integration issues in coordination with Finance and vendors.

Order Management Oversight
Oversee the end-to-end order lifecycle, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness from entry through fulfillment and invoicing. Monitor workflows, identify bottlenecks, and enforce process standards and SLAs.

Warehouse Operations Support
Support SalesPad WMS functionality, including inventory, pick/pack/ship workflows, and receiving processes. Partner with warehouse teams to ensure system alignment with physical operations and resolve discrepancies.

Process Improvement & Innovation
Continuously assess workflows across sales, fulfillment, and operations to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability. Proactively leverage tools, including AI, to analyze workflows, identify opportunities, and recommend improvements.

Project Management
Lead or support system enhancements, upgrades, and process improvement initiatives. Translate business needs into actionable plans and coordinate implementation with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
Serve as the primary liaison across Sales, Customer Service, Finance, IT, and Warehouse teams for system-related initiatives and issue resolution. Train users, support adoption, and maintain system documentation.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in sales operations, order management, warehouse operations, or a systems-focused role

  • Experience with ERP, CRM, or order management/WMS platforms (SalesPad or similar)

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process evaluation skills

  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical direction for developers

  • Proficiency in Excel and working with operational data

Nice to Haves

  • Experience with system integrations (e.g., ERP, eCommerce, or middleware tools)

  • Exposure to platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics GP, NetSuite, or Shopify

  • Background in distribution, consumer goods, or operational environments
