Senior Software Engineer- UI/UX (WPF/C#)

**This is a direct-hire position with our client in Plymouth, MN. The role follows a hybrid schedule—typically three days on-site each week, with flexibility as needed. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.**

Responsibilities

• WPF Developer will create beautiful, intuitive interfaces using WPF/C# and bring ideas to life with functional prototypes for Windows applications.

• Show off your creativity by presenting design concepts and workflows to teams across the organization.

• Write clean, high-quality code and collaborate in code reviews to keep standards top-notch.

• Be the go-to expert during audits and help maintain compliance with industry standards.

• Turn ideas into reality by gathering requirements and working closely with research and product teams.

• Collaborate and innovate with cross-functional teams to design and iterate on prototypes that wow users.

• Own your craft by creating clear design specs and documentation that make development seamless.

• Drive quality forward by ensuring all work meets QMS requirements and contributing to process improvements.

Qualifications

• WPF Developer will have strong proficiency in WPF and C# for Windows application design

• Experience with source control tools (e.g., Git, Azure DevOps)

• Familiarity with multiple operating systems, especially Windows

• Preferred: experience developing software for medical devices

• Knowledge of FDA regulations and ISO standards is a plus

• Experience with hardware interfaces via serial or network communication preferred

• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

• Collaborative, self-motivated, and quick to learn

Preferred Skills

• Experience in medical device software development.
