**This is a direct-hire position with our client in Plymouth, MN. The role follows a hybrid schedule—typically three days on-site each week, with flexibility as needed. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.**

Responsibilities
WPF Developer will create beautiful, intuitive interfaces using WPF/C# and bring ideas to life with functional prototypes for Windows applications.
Show off your creativity by presenting design concepts and workflows to teams across the organization.
Write clean, high-quality code and collaborate in code reviews to keep standards top-notch.
Be the go-to expert during audits and help maintain compliance with industry standards.
Turn ideas into reality by gathering requirements and working closely with research and product teams.
Collaborate and innovate with cross-functional teams to design and iterate on prototypes that wow users.
Own your craft by creating clear design specs and documentation that make development seamless.
Drive quality forward by ensuring all work meets QMS requirements and contributing to process improvements.
Qualifications
WPF Developer will have strong proficiency in WPF and C# for Windows application design
Experience with source control tools (e.g., Git, Azure DevOps)
Familiarity with multiple operating systems, especially Windows
Preferred: experience developing software for medical devices
Knowledge of FDA regulations and ISO standards is a plus
Experience with hardware interfaces via serial or network communication preferred
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Collaborative, self-motivated, and quick to learn
Preferred Skills
Experience in medical device software development.
