This is an opportunity to lead a talented team of product delivery professionals as they drive successful outcomes across a variety of complex, client-facing software projects. We are looking for a candidate who excels in problem-solving, honest communication, and team building. Your primary responsibility will be to align, engage, and develop the team, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality technology solutions for our clients.
The Product Delivery Manager will lead a team of Product Owners and Delivery Leads with the goals of:

Primary Duties
Cultivate a culture of professional growth, knowledge sharing, high-quality standards, and strong client relationships.
Manage HR aspects, including 1:1s, consistent feedback, performance reviews, goal setting, benefits management, and conflict resolution.
Support the early sales process when needed, acting in a Product Owner or Product Manager role by guiding discovery conversations or coaching team members on client-facing calls.
Allocate team members to projects, maximizing skill alignment, growth goals, and productivity.
Foster peer mentorship and collaboration across the team.
Function as an escalation point to resolve project issues and unblock work.
Balance your team's priorities between client work, personal growth, and internal initiatives.
Collaborate with recruiters and potential candidates to create job openings and evaluate/hire candidates.
Communicate company values, news, and initiatives effectively, and relay your team’s feedback to the rest of the leadership team.
Required Qualifications
Proven experience leading a team that included roles such as scrum masters, project managers, product owners, product managers, or equivalent.
Experience in a client-facing consulting environment, either as part of a professional services firm or through independent work.
Demonstrated expertise in team building, coaching, and performance management.
Deep understanding of software development life cycles and modern delivery methodologies
Practical experience applying Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and traditional project management principles
Experience working with and presenting to senior stakeholders, including C-Suite level executives.
A solid understanding of how websites, web applications, APIs, databases, and the cloud function at a high level.
Experience with agile work organization tools (Azure DevOps, Jira, Trello, Basecamp, Rally).
Experience operating as the liaison between agile development teams and stakeholders / senior stakeholders in defining requirements, performing business analysis, and driving delivery in the right direction.
Strong technical writing, verbal communication, and presentation skills are a must.
Occasional travel to client sites may be requested for activities such as annual planning meetings. Although travel is not expected to be frequent, the ability to accommodate occasional travel is required.

Experience developing delivery standards, playbooks, or frameworks used across the organization
Strong technical background enabling you to provide credible leadership to development teams and accurately evaluate complex project risks and issues.
